In case you didn't know, a Foley artist is someone who works in film, video, and other media post-production to enhance its audio quality by producing various sound effects. The name "Foley" comes from the sound effect artist Jack Donovan Foley who, back in the first half of the 20th century, developed many sound effect techniques that, to this day, are still being used in filmmaking.
